A framework for the deployment of new services using hypermedia distributed systems

Abstract. This paper presents some problems that arise in the deployment of new advanced telecommunication services and a new way to deal with them using hypermedia distributed systems. A special emphasis is placed on the propagation of the service in order to rapidly reach the subscriber/user.
