Project Description

The goal of this project is to develop mechanisms to increase the capacity of anticipation and prediction focussed on memory-access instructions. We evaluate the performance of the mechanisms considering their  hardware cost and their missprediction penalty. Moreover, we analyse the relationship between the mechanims and the compilation technology.
