High-quality original papers are solicited. Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. Authors must agree with the following copyright form . All papers will be reviewed by Technical Program Committee members and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference.

Papers for the conference should be written in English and with a limit of 12 double spaced pages (in order to fit 7 A4 pages, two columns and single space available for the camera ready copy). All submitted papers must be full papers. Extended abstracts will not be considered for the reviewing process. Accepted papers will have to later follow Camera-ready instructions.

Only Postscript and PDF formats are accepted. Authors of accepted papers must attend the conference to present their contributions.

Papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS system. For this conference we have installed the EDAS system locally in our Web servers. That means that authors have to be registered in our system although they were already registered in others EDAS Web systems (and will receive a mail with a new login and password) . In order to access the EDAS Web system please click in EDAS for EW2004, (We would like to thank H. Schulzrinne for allowing us to use this software).

Authors should check if they already have a login on our EDAS system; otherwise, they must create it before submitting the paper. Each submission must comprise a short abstract, a complete list of authors and the name of a contact person for correspondence.
