Hotel Registration
All participants can be accommodated in
hotels in Barcelona using "Ultramar Express" travel agency. The organization
of the conference has blocked rooms for the days of the conference in the
hotels listed below. The blocking will
finish January 20th, 2004 (Spanish time). After this day participants will
have to book hotel accommodation by themselves.
We encourage participants to book hotel accommodation as soon as
possible since Barcelona is an attractive touristic town and hotel accommodation
may be a problem.
Please, send an e-mail to Ultramar Express, mriera@uex.es, with any question regarding
the booking of more days than those that appear in the electronic hotel registration
form.
Hotel reservation policy with "Ultramar
Express":
- Blocking of rooms in the hotels listed below finish
on January 20th, 2004 (Spanish time).
- To confirm the hotel reservation, a payment of one night
per room booked is required as a deposit. The pending amount of the reservation
will be paid directly at the hotel. No reservation will be confirmed without
the corresponding payment.
- All cancellations should be notified to Ultramar Express
on writing (by e.mail to mriera@uex.es
or by fax to number +34.93.482.71.58)
- All cancellations received before January 15th, 2004
will not have any penalty
- Cancellations received between January, 15th and 30th,
2004 will have a cancellation fee of the 50% of the amount paid
- All cancellations received after January 30th, 2004
will be penalized with the 100% of the total amount paid.

S.A
- By Bank Transfer to TUI ESPAÑA TUIRISMO
S.A.
- By Credit Card (VISA, Master, Eurocard)
