Registration will be handled electronically by the VDE Conference Services. If you have any problem
with the registration please send an e-mail to VDE e-mail address vde-conferences@vde.com.Advance
registration is highly recommended in order to help the organization of
social events and conference logistic. A full registration (member
or non-member) before January 10th, 2004 per accepted paper is mandatory
to include the paper in the proceedings of the conference.

*** Members of IEEE, EUREL have to include a copy of their
membership card by fax or e-mail when applying for the reduced fee
**** Applicable provided that there is at least one full registration
for the paper, or not (co)authoring a paper. Can be requested by
Master degree students (or similar) and PhD students. A proof of
the student status must be faxed or e-mailed when applying for the reduced

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation until January 10: refund of the fee
less 50 Euro for handling.
- Cancellation after January 10: no refund, but registrant
may send somebody else instead
- Those who do not appear at the congress, thereby cancelling
by default, will not be eligible to receive any refund

Para obtenerlo debeis registraros por el procedimiento normal en la Web de
VDE y enviar un e-mail a VDE (vde-conferences@vde.com) indicando que sois univeridades locales y que os apliquen
el early registration.

Tutorial registration policy
- Attendes may register for one tutorial or two tutorials
- Registration until January 10th, 2004 will be considered
as Early registration
- Registration after January 10th, 2004 will be considered
as Late registration
- Electronic Conference Registration wil be handled
by the VDE
Conference Services up to February 22nd, 2004
- On-site Conference Registration will be handled at
the Tutorial Conference Desk during the tutorial with credit card or
cash payment
Tutorial cancellation policy
- A tutorial will be cancelled if the number of attendees
is less than 10
- If any tutorial is cancelled, the organization will
refund 100% of the tutorial fee via the same way we received it
- Those who do not appear at the tutorial course, thereby
cancelling by default, will not be eligible to receive any refund
