In order to be able to be connected anywhere and at anytime a seamless
access to the various access technologies is needed providing the adequate
QoS to diverse applications. The 5th European Wireless Conference focuses
on technologies, protocols, services and applications that will enable a
full seamless and nomadic user access to new classes of person to person,
device to device and device to person applications.
